Capstone Presentation: May 7
Please join the sixth-grade students on Sunday, May 7, at noon for the Capstone Presentation and a light lunch. The mission of the project is to build awareness of our country’s history and appreciation for those that have sacrificed for our freedom. The students will be sharing what they have learned throughout the Capstone Project and their trip to Washington DC. They will be showcasing their work, showing their interviews with community members, and sharing their thoughts and memories of the entire Capstone Project and the trip to Washington DC to show how they have grown in their understanding of sacrifice, community involvement, history, and charity.
