I was overwhelmed by the love and generosity of your farewell. It was funny, it was kind, and it was a blessing of God. Thank you so much. My family and I appreciate it more than you know. I will miss you all.

Some asked for more information on the beautiful quilt displayed on the stage. It was crafted by Sally Williams as a gift from the 9am Wednesday Bible study group.

Beginning at the top left corner and moving clockwise, the squares stand for Jospeh's Coat of Many colors (Genesis 37:3), The Tree of Life (Genesis 2:9), The Crown of Thorns (Mark 15:17-18), Friendship (Proverbs 17:17), Storm at Sea (Matthew 8:24-27), Jacob's Ladder (Genesis 28:12), Garden of Eden (Genesis 2:8), Solomon's Puzzle (1 Kings 4:29-30), The Cross and the Crown (Luke 23:26), Whither Thou Goest (Ruth 1:16-17), the Rose of Sharon (Song of Solomon/Song of Songs 2:1-6), Heavenly Stars (1 Corinthians 5:1), Cross and Crown (Revelation 2:10), Hosanna (mark 1:9-10).

The St. Paul's logo: Dove (Water represents both the challenges brought on by the flood and God's grace. The leaf signifies renewal, breathing life into our ministries. The dove reminds us of the promises found in God's Word.
