Easter Break

Easter just feels like a good time to remind you how thankful I am for each one of you! I am so thankful to be a part of the team at St. Paul’s. I appreciate the students for their tenacity to learn, the staff for their resilience, the parents for their patience, and the congregation and alumni for their support. In this season of rebirth, may you feel your faith renewed and your heart made new with the hope Easter brings.


Cash for Classrooms

We are so grateful to announce that we received a $2800 Casey’s Cash for Classrooms grant to help ensure that our students have access to technology tools that will support their ability to be future ready. The past year has been unlike any other for schools and we appreciate knowing that Casey’s is ‘here for good’–supporting students, teachers and families in our local communities. Mitigation

One of the teachers and I were having a conversation about all the mitigation and she commented, “At least now we know what to do.” My, haven’t we learned a lot in the past year and our reliance on faith has helped carry us through!

When we returned from spring break I encouraged the teachers to begin providing more opportunities for students to engage with one another in partners and small groups. In those groups as well as in the classroom we will continue with cohorting, masking and sanitizing, especially when we are using shared tools.

After Easter, special’s teachers will have the opportunity to be back in their shared common space in the special’s classrooms. We will still be cognizant of maximizing space and the importance of sanitization and as always we will continue to adjust and adapt accordingly.
