Acts of Kindness
At St. Paul’s there is always an outpouring of acts of kindness. On Thursday, April 22, I was a witness to one of these acts of kindness by Mrs. Rieckenberg and her 5th graders. Every morning for this past month I have entered the west door of the school. I’ve looked at the new growth suffocating under piles of leaves and have thought to myself I wonder how we could put a crew together to clean this up. As I peered out the door on Thursday, the 5th graders were cleaning up the dead leaves and brush and allowing these plants to breathe. Thank you 5th graders for recognizing Earth Day with this good dead. You filled your Principal’s heart with warmth and pride.
