What is Scrip?

St. Paul’s purchases gift cards (scrip) at a discount and sells the cards at face value. The difference goes to the School Fund. The discount can range from 2 to 15 percent.

By purchasing gas, groceries, clothes, gifts and other items with scrip, St. Paul’s friends and families contribute to the school — without spending a cent more.

On average, the School Fund brings in roughly $6,000 per year through Scrip. Our goal is to increase this number through raising awareness about the Scrip Program. The more people who use Scrip, the more money our School Fund generates!
